Services

Children and adolescents (ages 9-17) are seen with attention to the unique challenges they face. This may include school-related concerns, peer relationships, screen use, and other developmental stressors. Care is tailored to the individual and incorporates age-appropriate visual aids and interactive tools to support engagement, understanding, and skill-building.

Adults & Families

Adult and family therapy supports individuals and families through life transitions, relational stress, and emotional challenges. The work is collaborative and structured, with a focus on emotional regulation, communication, and practical problem-solving. Individual sessions focus on improving clarity, coping, and daily functioning, while family therapy emphasizes strengthening relationships and improving patterns of communication within the family system.

Trauma Focused Treatment

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is designed to help children and adolescents heal from the effects of traumatic or distressing experiences. TF-CBT combines cognitive-behavioral strategies, coping skills, and supportive caregiver involvement to help young people understand and process difficult memories in a safe and structured way. Treatment focuses on building skills for managing anxiety, regulating emotions, and reducing avoidance while gradually helping the child make sense of their experiences. Caregivers are included to support the child’s progress, and reinforce coping skills at home.
